Stephen White, Partner

Stephen is a Partner in the Insurance and Corporate Risk Group and has more than 25 years experience practising in contentious and non-contentious insurance related matters.  He has managed claims in a number of policy classes including ISR, public and product liability, professional indemnity, disability, TPD and personal lines.  He also advises on policy reviews, interpretation and drafting, product development and the operation of the Insurance Contracts Act 1984 (Cth).


James Lynagh, Special Counsel

James has experience in litigated and non-litigated claims for corporate risk management clients across a variety of industries and professions. James has a strong focus in managing and assisting clients to achieve successful insurance claims resolutions.  He has advised clients in the resources and mining, construction, life sciences, financial services and local government sectors.
